The New South Wales Falun Dafa Association is suing a Sydney Chinese newspaper for defamation.
The Association, along with Falun Dafa practitioners, has filed a suit against the 2ac Chinese Daily newspaper in the New South Wales Supreme Court.
Falun Dafa says an article published by the newspaper on the 18th of December caused distress and damaged the reputation of its practitioners.
