The heavenly laws oversee all, and there is no way
to escape the reckoning of ultimate justice; a net of justice is tightening:
it is high time that we bring Jiang Zemin to justice. In the court of morality
and justice, in the court of people’s hearts and in the courts of the human
world, the righteous forces around the world are coming together to bring Jiang
Zemin to justice in an open trial.
Over the past four years, Jiang has directed a campaign of persecution against
Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance. This persecution against more than one hundred
million Falun Gong practitioners has spanned over 60 countries and regions around
the world, wrecking the happiness and welfare of countless people. More importantly,
Jiang has not only persecuted Falun Gong, but through his lies and slander against
Falun Gong, he has deceived people all over the world. He has undermined people’s
pursuit of higher moral standards and the human conscience, causing incalculable
damage to human society.
Currently, Falun Gong practitioners outside of China are bringing lawsuits
against Jiang for his crimes against humanity. However, Jiang’s trial cannot
be limited to the laws and courts of the human world, because these laws are
only one form of justice. Two more powers of justice are present in the world:
people’s hearts and the sense of morality and justice. The court of people’s
hearts and the court of morality and justice can be even more powerful in upholding
what is right and bringing the evil to justice.
The trial against Jiang needs to be an all-encompassing action, and a collective
trial of the evil by all who are upright. Because this persecution brought about
by Jiang goes against basic human morality, conscience, human rights and life,
justice must be restored through this great trial through morality and people’s
hearts.
Let us come together and expose the head of the evil for what he is; let us
reach out to every person in the world, in their own unique roles in society
and through the sense of justice and conscience in their own hearts, to bring
Jiang Zemin to justice:
Bringing Jiang to justice in a public trial:
- Out of personal lust for power and political needs, Jiang has consistently
given no importance to individual human life. The most recent example is that
he has lied to deceive the public and ordered the state media to block information
on the SARS epidemic, which led to the spread of SARS all over the world,
threatening the safety of people in China and all over the world. - Out of selfishness and paranoia, Jiang began a frenzied, irrational attack
and campaign of slander against Falun Gong, a popular teaching based on Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance.
He outlawed the people’s pursuit of higher moral standards, slandered
the heavens’ principles and brutalized the innocent. He has made an enemy
of so many good people and pushed China towards an abyss, subjecting countless
people to this persecution. - Jiang has placed his personal will above the Constitution, manipulating
all of China’s resources and power structure. He applied a policy of
terror against Falun Gong practitioners: “Destroy their reputation, bankrupt
them financially and annihilate them physically.” This has resulted in millions
of Falun Gong practitioners being unlawfully sent to detention centers, forced
labor camps, prisons, and mental institutions. Brutal tortures have resulted
in the death and injuries of many of these innocent people. Once happy families
were torn apart, homes broken. The more than one hundred million practitioners’
family, friends and colleagues were implicated, and people everywhere in China
were brainwashed by lies and slander at his direction. - Jiang came to power by capitalizing on the Tiananmen Massacre on June 4,
1989. Instead of working for the benefit of the people, he initiated the persecution
against Falun Gong, a peaceful spiritual practice that has brought benefits
to countless people. Jiang ignored the laws completely, jailing Falun Gong
practitioners first and creating a law to make it a crime to practice Falun
Gong afterwards. Ignoring human rights, he and his underlings torture and
sentence innocent practitioners without trial, completely disregarding the
preciousness of human life. By consolidating his power through the persecution,
he has turned the government into no more than a powerful mechanism for persecution. - In order to carry out the persecution, Jiang founded the “610 Office”, an
organization of terror that is above the Constitution and the law. He has
forced countless Chinese people to go against their conscience and assist
him in the persecution against innocent and kind Falun Gong practitioners.
These people, from every segment of society, were at first unwilling to take
part in the persecution but eventually succumbed to the pressure and coercion.
This has left an indelible stain on their conscience and lives. - Jiang has placed his own interests above those of the nation and of the
people. He has spent hundreds of millions of Yuan to buy a personal luxury
airplane and to remodel his ancestral home. He used his power to promote his
son to the position of deputy chief of the Chinese Academy of Science, and
made huge amounts of money from embezzling and illicit deals in the telecommunication
industry. As China’s dictator, he spent one quarter of the nation’s
financial resources to persecute Falun Gong. A stunning amount of state funds
was used on the building of “610 Offices,” detention and brainwashing centers
throughout China, on using the media to churn out endless streams of propaganda,
on mobilizing a large portion of the military, police and prison system as
well as judicial, diplomatic, cultural, technological, and educational means
to monitor, arrest and persecute Falun Gong practitioners in China and to
interfere with Falun Gong practitioners abroad. This funding came from Chinese
citizens’ hard-earned tax money, from diverted foreign investments, as
well as from the illegal fines imposed upon Falun Gong practitioners and their
family members, all in order to persecute innocent people and to destroy people’s
belief in Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance. This has not only placed tremendous
pressure on the livelihoods of people throughout China and brought grave consequences
to the nation’s economic development, but it has also brought other countries
into this bloody persecution of an upright belief in higher moral principles. - In order to maintain the persecution, Jiang has spread deception and propaganda
to people all over the world through Chinese embassies and consulates, instigating
people to keep away from and even to hate Falun Gong, whose foundation is
Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance. He has used diplomatic, political, and
economic relations to exert pressure in a desperate attempt to stop Falun
Gong’s spread in the world, as well as to cut off support for Falun Gong
from foreign governments, media, organizations and individuals. He has made
use of many special agents and diplomats to interfere with overseas Falun
Gong practitioners. They have extended the persecution to democratic countries,
directly undermining the very moral fiber of the democratic world. - In order to avoid being exposed and condemned for his vicious actions by
the international community, Jiang has sacrificed China’s best interests
through huge economic concessions and even ceding territory to countries susceptible
to his tactics in exchange for their silence.
Through the torture and imprisonment of innocent Falun Gong practitioners,
through the lies and attacks on Falun Gong and the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance,
through threats and inducements to governments and organizations all over the
world, this shameful persecution started by Jiang Zemin has destroyed the health
and happiness of hundreds of millions of people around the world and led many
otherwise good people to commit crimes against their conscience. It has undermined
the basic human conscience and sense of justice. Everyone in the world needs
to know about Jiang’s lies and the harm he has done to them through this
persecution. Everyone has the right to bring Jiang to justice in the court of
people’s hearts according to conscience, morality and law!
As Jiang is pronounced guilty once and again by the courts in the human world,
the courts of people’s hearts and the court of morality and justice, the
evil is being cleared away once and again in different areas and in people’s
hearts.
When the evil is completely gone, it will be replaced by sincerity, compassion
and justice in the human world, to the benefit of everyone all over the world.
