I’m a Falun Dafa practitioner and have been practicing for over two years. I was born in Australia and bought up in the Jewish religion. When I was about 17 years I had a spiritual awakening and started using the I-Ching Book of Changes, one of the five books of Confucius, which I used for almost three decades up until practicing Falun Dafa. I studied yoga under an Indian yogi in 1973 and practiced for several years.In 1974 I went overseas to Israel and met my Japanese wife, we’ve now been married for 28 years and had four children. In 1975 I studied Tai Chi Chuan and started teaching ten years later up until practicing Falun Dafa.
About three years ago I met a Falun Dafa practitioner who I became friends with, I knew there was something very special about this person. He gave me Zhuan Falun to read but at that point of time I was getting back into yoga and reading Path of the Masters. A few months later after having dinner together I was invited to go to the practice site the next morning, which I accepted. After the practice, which consisted of five exercises, four standing positions and one sitting meditation, I realized that what ever spiritual paths I’d taken in the past were on the ground at an elementary level and this practice was in the heavens and beyond all my expectations.
I then proceeded to read Master Li’s Zhuan
Falun, book of cultivation and realized all questions that I ever had from the smallest to biggest were answered. I also noticed while reading from this incredible book that a transformation was taking place within my body and any injuries or illnesses that I had sustained in the past were gone.
I am eternally grateful to Master Li for releasing to the public in 1992 this most profound cultivation system Falun Dafa based on the highest principles of Zhen Shan Ren – Truthfulness Compassion and Forbearance.
