VISION OF HOPE (A New Year’s Message)
Since
the introduction of Falun Dafa (Falun Gong) to the public in Mainland China 12
years ago, the virtues and peaceful nature of this ancient exercise and meditation
practice have truly touched the hearts of millions worldwide.
In
contrast, an unprecedented and ruthless persecution has been orchestrated against
Falun Dafa from July 1999 affecting the lives of countless Chinese citizens in
the most brutal and unspeakable ways. The former leader, Jiang Zemin, and his
faction are still using every unconscionable method at their disposal to suppress
the practice and directly oppose its essential principles of ‘Truthfulness, Compassion
and Forbearance’. As 2005 approaches
and China’s campaign of terror against millions of its own people continues, the
facts of the injustice are indeed coming to light and the momentum of the regime’s
scoundrel actions are rapidly declining. As
the persecution of Falun Dafa draws to its inevitable close, Falun Dafa practitioners
will continue their peaceful appeal for justice until the persecution has ended.
In a testament of truth, kind-hearted citizens the world over are also taking
a stand against these human rights violations and freedom is finding an ever-increasing
voice. We sincerely thank you for your support. Every heart indeed makes a difference! Together,
