A group of Australian, Korean, Hungarian and Chinese Falun Dafa
practitioners recently participated in the Spring into life health
expo at the University of Western Sydney Penrith Campus. The
purpose of the expo is to promote health, general well-being for the students.

Falun Dafa practitioners discussed the health benefits of the
exercises and talked about their increased energy, improvement in
concentration and studies, from practising. It was pointed out
that many have been able to free themselves from addictions like
smoking and drinking, through practising the Falun Dafa
exercises.
A video player and television set screened the exercises
introduction video tape and a truth-clarification tape. Students
were encouraged to sign-up for a free meditation workshop. Many
were interested and keen to try out the exercises and expressed
their interest.
