A story touched me so – they say
some cultivators of the Way
were told they’d consummate that day
if on a mountain’s peak
And so they hurried up that climb
so short of breath with little time
they forged ahead so adamantine
pursuing what they seek
They met a woman on the way
who begged for help, yet two said “Nay,
Maam, anytime but not today,
we’re on our lifetime’s mission”
And sadly with that single thought
they lost what can’t be chased or bought
But one DID stop, his selfless thought
a Heavenly decision
To the fortunate upon this earth
who’ve waited eons for this birth
who know of tests and know their worth
forbearing as they suffer
To you I’ll keep an open heart
and gently try to do my part
we all were scooped up from the start
embraced by Falun Dafa
I’m just a cultivator too
the Fa is there to help us through
and cultivation’s up to you
a precious gift from Master
And if compassionate and kind
we’re diamond strong and adamantine
and don’t leave anyone behind
we’ll all improve much faster
