Falun Dafa Association
Since 1999 when the dictator Jiang Zemin
initiated the bloody persecution of Falun Gong in China, the CCP has relied upon
state power and an array of CCP terrorist mechanisms under its control to suppress
innocent Falun Gong practitioners to the greatest extent possible. Under Jiang
and the CCP’s menace, many province- and city-level officials have acted as ringleaders
or collaborators in the torture and killing of Falun Gong practitioners. Using
their official positions, they have participated in this persecution to varying
degrees, not only as initiators, co-conspirators and ringleaders, but also as
aiders, abetters, and other types of accomplices.
During the political
movement that swept the entire nation, all provinces and cities established regional
or local "610 Offices," whose sole purpose was to persecute Falun Gong.
Governmental and CCP officials and leaders planned, instigated, ordered, authorized,
aided, abetted or incited police and other security forces to commit the abuses
suffered by the Falun Gong practitioners, and used all resources to directly participate
in such a large-scale, systematic persecution. The police, CCP’s political and
judiciary committee secretaries at various levels, and directors of 610 Offices
at each level directly planned, and conducted the persecution mercilessly. The
crimes they committed include, but are not limited to, genocide, torture, extra-judicial
killing, prolonged arbitrary detention, forced labor, and cruel, inhuman and degrading
treatment.
Falun Gong practitioners have sued the former head of
state Jiang Zemin for genocide, torture, and crimes against humanity in more than
a dozen countries including the United States, Canada, Spain, and Australia. High
profile attorneys from many countries have also sued other key figures such as
Luo Gan, Zhou Yongkang, Liu Jing, Zeng Qinghong, and Li Lanqing. Many former or
current governmental or city level officials, police department officials or 610
Office directors have been sued as well. A few well-known figures from this list
are former CCP Hebei Province Secretary and current Minister of Information Industry
Wang Xudong; former Governor of Liaoning and current Minister of Commerce Bo Xilai;
former CCP Beijing City Secretary Jia Qinglin; CCP Anhui Province Secretary Wang
Taihua; former CCP Liaoning Province Deputy Secretary and current Dalian Mayor
Xia Deren; former Beijing Mayor, current CCP Beijing City Secretary Liu Qi; and
Deputy Police Commissioner of Hubei Province Zhao Zhifei.
The persecution
of persons based solely on their practice of the principles of "Truthfulness,
Benevolence, and Forbearance" is unconscionable. At the beginning of this
persecution, many high-ranking officials in the government and the CCP disagreed
with Jiang’s policy of persecution, or dealt with the persecution passively. Some
even resisted. Many high-ranking officials also practiced Falun Gong. During the
past six years, through peaceful resistance and a courageous degree of endurance,
Falun Gong practitioners have clarified the truth to the people the world over.
People who were previously deceived have awakened or are in the process of learning
the facts. As a result , they have refused to join the persecution.
Ever
since the publication of The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, Chinese
people have more clearly recognized the nature of the CCP and the evil nature
of the persecution. More than 4.8 million have withdrawn from the CCP and its
related organizations. Heaven’s destruction of the CCP is a historical inevitability.
Gods must punish those criminals who have sinned against Falun Dafa. Those who
refuse to do the right thing and instead continue to follow Jiang’s scoundrel
regime’s persecution policies will be severely punished as perpetrators of unforgivable
crimes.
At this critical historical moment, the Falun Dafa Association
has made a special announcement: From today on, overseas Falun Gong practitioners
will file civil or criminal lawsuits against all important government or CCP officials
who participate in or continue to implement the persecution of Falun Gong and
as a result, commit new crimes in addition to those they have already perpetrated
against Falun Gong..
These provinces and cities include Hebei Province,
Heilongjiang Province, Liaoning Province, Jilin Province, Shandong Province, Sichuan
Province, Hubei Province, Henan Province, Hunan Province, Beijing City, Guangdong
Province, Chongqing City, Inner-Mongolia Autonomous Region, Gansu Province, Anhui
Province, Tianjin Province, Jiangxi Province, Shanxi Province, Guizhou Province,
Jiangsu Province, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, Shaanxi Province, Shanghai
City, Fujian Province, Yunnan Province, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Zhejiang
Province, Qinghai Province, Hainan Province, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and
Tibet Autonomous Region, etc., including provincial capitals and other medium-
and small-sized cities within these provinces.
The CCP regime is
against heaven’s will, and is about to collapse. It is now having difficulty sustaining
the persecution. Heaven’s final judgment of these evil criminals is imminent.
However, one of the purposes of the sacred FA of Falun Gong is to save people,
including people in all social statuses. Even for those who have committed wrongdoings,
there is still an opportunity for them to abandon the evil path and choose to
be good. For all those who have committed crimes against Falun Gong but want now
to correct their mistakes, they can submit, under safe circumstances, a guarantee
statement or regret letter to Minghui (Clearwisdom Net) or to any regional Falun
Dafa Association to be archived. We will not investigate the various crimes of
those who are determined to correct their mistakes. However we will continue to
monitor their actions.
