Early
Sunday morning, 6th of November 2004, about 50 Melbourne Falun Gong practitioners
gave a clear message to the Chinese Consulate authorities: Bring Jiang Zemin to
Justice, Bring Lou Gan to Justice, Bring Zhou Yongkang to Justice and Bring Liu
Jing to Justice and stop the persecution of Falun Gong. These four people must
be held responsible for they are the chief perpetrators guilty of crimes against
humanity, torture and Genocide. They have violated international law and the Chinese
constitution as well as destroying the lives of millions of innocent Falun Gong
practitioners over the past 5 years of the persecution of Falun Gong.
Despite
the stormy weather in Melbourne, practitioners still went to the Chinese Consulate
to appeal. When we started to practise the Falun Gong meditation, the environment
changed and the rain stopped. After we finished our appeal and left the consulate,
the rain started again.
The Chinese Consulate in Melbourne is on a busy
street in a very wealthy neighborhood. Many people drive past in their cars regularly.
All the passersby read our new banner exposing these chief perpetrators. The Mainland
Chinese people visiting the consulate will also witness this message. Falun Gong
is a wonderful practice, teaching the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and
Forbearance. Every person in China has the right to freedom of practice and freedom
of belief. We will continue clarifying the facts about the persecution to the
world’s people to put an end to the persecution so that people can freely practise
Falun Gong again in China.
