When Cheezong Li rode his bicycle from Sydney to Canberra, a kind radio announcer from the local community radio station re-opened the station especially to grant him a long interview. This announcer is a very kind and compassionate man who was very sincere in his sympathetic attitude toward the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners in China, and Cheezongs’ attempts to rescue his fiancee, Li Ying.
A few months ago two practitioners also chatted with him on his radio show, explaining more about the persecution of Falun Dafa, and taking some photographs. When they were developed, the photo of the announcer has what appears to be a large Falun above his head, with smaller taichi symbol inside, and a ‘tail’ like a comet.
As soon as I shared with him the recent reunion of Mr Li and his fiancee, he said:” That is the BEST news I’ve heard for ages!!!!!……..Fantastic!!!……..If you make it in on Thursday we’ll have a talk about it on air.”
