Mr Lee Cheezhong and His Fiancée of Australian Citizen Released from China Arrives Safely in Sydney to Give Gratitude to the People of Wollongong
Last December, a Homebush salesman, Mr Lee Cheezhong, was on his lone bicycle marathon to raise awareness of the illegal imprisonment of his fiancée in Shanghai because she practises Falun Gong, and to ask for the help of Australian government to deliver a Christmas gift to his fiancée.
Now this year Mr Lee received his best Christmas gift with joy is that his fiancée, Ms Li Ying, just arrived in Sydney after two years illegal imprisonment in a labour camp.

Before Ms Li arrived Australia, the Australian government, especially the Australian Embassy in Shanghai, provided enormous help in expediting the “Spouse Visa” application which was interrupted due to Ms Li’s wrongful imprisonment, to enable her out of the danger of further persecution in China.
During Mr Lee’s first stop of his bicycle petition in Wollongong, the local public and media showed great support of his plight. Mr Lee and his fiancé arrived Wollongong on Tuesday and thanked the kind Australians for the help that they provided and to encourage all to further support the Falun Gong practitioners who have no freedom of belief and speech in China. The local media specially arranged the Tandem bicycle(A bicyle with two seats) for them for the interviewed.
